Stripe supports the most popular payment methods and the more innovative ones such as WeChat, Alipay, Apple Pay and many others.
Alipay is a Chinese online payment platform founded by Alibaba Group.
Similar to Apple Pay, WeChat Pay and PayPal it uses traditional payment systems, such as credit or debit cards, together with ancillary services such as QR Code payments and peer-to-peer transfers. With Alipay the transaction payment is delayed and the transfer of payment depends on the payment method chosen by the customer, thus offering the customer the opportunity to verify the products purchased before the monetary deduction is confirmed.
Apple Pay is a non-instantaneous payment method created by Apple Inc.
