Argentinean clients, Hotel will charge 21% of Value Added Tax in lodging.
According to decree 1043/16, from January 1st, 2017 our Hotel will not charge 21% of value added tax in lodging to any tourist that proves foreign nationality and pays his stay with debit, credit card or wire transfer. In case of cash payment, 21% tax must be charged.
The rate of this confirmation is expressed in US Dollars (USD). It will be charged at check-in in Argentine pesos at the official exchange rate of the day.

According to decree 1043/16, in case of late cancellation or No Show, hotel must add 21% tax to the penalty.

In order to receive the exemption, Guest must prove foreign residence and present passport at check in. Without this supporting document, Hotel will not be able to apply the exemption.
21% tax applies for extra charges.

On date March 1, 2020 entered into force Law Nº 6278 in reference to the Urban Use Right (DUU) for which any non-resident tourist in the country over 12 years old will be charged a fee equivalent to USD 1 for each night the guest stays at the Hotel.
