No smoking room
This is the smallest and the cheapest, it is located on the first floor near the breakfast room, or near the lift. For those who have light sleep or looking for a quiet environment, it is better to book a Medium or Superior room.
The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival.
If cancelled from 2 days to before arrival, the guest will be charged the first night.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Full credit card details are necessary to valid and guarantee the reservation.
No money is collected on line. The payment will be required at check in.
The card will be just tested with PRE-AUTHORISATION before arrival and in case of impossibility to get the guarantee from the bank, the hotel could cancel automatically your reservation. Please ensure that your credit card is still valid until check in date.
LATE ARRIVAL : If the arrival time is overtaken or in case of arrival after 6:00 pm, one night may be charged as a guarantee. In case of invalid card, the reservation could be automatically cancelled.
The hotel reserves the right to apply special booking or cancellation conditions in the case of bookings of more than 7 nights or more than 4 rooms. Any request for a VISA letter will be subject to a non-refundable prepayment of the reservation.

Check in time is 2:00 pm but if you arrive earlier, please let us know and we will do our best to provide a room upon arrival or we will store your luggage for free until your room is available. Check out time: 12:00 (noon); any overflow may be invoiced.
