Our Executive room has a dimension of 18 m2.
It has two Twin beds, Led TV with 40¨cable, minibar, safety box, work desk and personalized hot/cold air conditioning.
Private bathroom with bathtub hairdryer and heated towel rail.
It is possible to add a crib or extra bed.
The guest can cancel free of charge until one day before arrival.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the guest will be charged the first night.

Guarantee policy
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card (with valid expiration date), unless it´s indicated otherwise.
Cancellation period
No cancellation fee applies 48 hours before (local time) the check in date. Once this period has expired, the first night will be charged as penalty.
Special requirements
VAT will be refunded to foreigners residing abroad when they arrive to the hotel and comply with the requirements stipulated by the local legislation. According to General Joint Resolution 3971 of AFIP (Tax Public Institution) and Resolution 566/2016 of the Ministry of Tourism, the VAT reimbursement for accommodation services will be made to people that through their passport or identity card prove their residence abroad. This only applies when payment is done with debit/credit card issued abroad or bank transfer form a foreign account, originated outside the limits of Argentina.

Lodging and Breakfast is free for children under 3 years old, sharing the room with parents.
Minors Clause
Children under 18 years old, must be accompanied by their parents, guardians or legal representatives. Otherwise, the relevant documentation must be presented: authorization form from both parents (certified by notary or police seal) is compulsory.
