Our Origins
RoomCloud was created by Tecnes Milano Srl, a software company that launched Parity Rate in 2008—one of Italy’s first channel managers. In 2015, Tecnes introduced the RoomCloud brand, expanding its technology with a booking engine and metasearch tools.
In 2023, Tecnes Milano acquired Parity Rate, merging both brands into a unified solution now trusted by 7,000 properties worldwide.

Global Presence
Today, RoomCloud operates in over 100 countries and collaborates with more than 60 resellers. The platform integrates with over 200 PMS systems and connects to 400+ online channels, offering centralized reservation management and automated channel synchronization.
