RoomCloud announces the connection with E-transactions, a solution for online payments by Crédit Agricole.

The E-transactions offer allows you to accept and manage simple and secure online payments using all the French bank cards bearing the “CB” brand, traditional payment cards such as Visa and MasterCard, through the Paylib interbank wallet and other payment methods that can be integrated.

Installed directly on the hotelier’s booking engine, the E-transaction payment module is customizable thanks to the possibility of inserting your own logo. Furthermore, the interface is available in several languages.

Electronic payments made in this way offer Internet users high security standards (protection of sensitive card data and compliance with international security requirements) and optimized management of distance selling activities in a secure environment.
In addition to this, the request for payment authorization reduces the risk of fraud.

Thanks to the 3D Secure security measure, you can also benefit from a guarantee on payments made by customers with a credit card.

With E-transactions you have access to a dedicated and secure back office to constantly monitor transactions, postpone an incoming payment and refuse a payment. In addition, the back office offers a complete view of the activity on the Internet: revenue by type of payment method, history of the last 13 months, export of files…

Finally, Crédit Agricole offers three solutions for the management of electronic transactions:

• E-transactions TFC (telephone, fax, mail). This solution allows you to collect payments received by card, telephone, mail or fax via a secure PC / Internet interface.
• E-transactions Access. Allows you to make payments on the booking engine by credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard), interbank wallet Paylib and Paypal. To do this, a payment module with a software interface must be installed on your commercial site.
• E-transactions Premium. It offers the possibility to make payments through various payment methods and enriched functions, satisfying the requirements of the E-commerce market.
