RoomCloud is Booking.com Premier Partner for 2020!
We are proud to announce that RoomCloud is Booking.com’s Premier Partner for the year 2020!
2019 was a busy and rewarding year. We have worked closely with Booking.com to offer our customers an even more complete and efficient service.
Among the innovations introduced in 2019 we mention:
- Content management: thanks to the new content display, you can update photos, information, services and rates of your structure. From RoomCloud dashboard, you can import all the information on your Booking.com profile, without having to access the portal extranet;
- Opportunity Center: a new section on RoomCloud that shows a preview of the opportunities offered by the Dutch portal to the structure to increase its visibility and profits;
- Guest Reviews: from this year, Booking subscribers can view the score assigned by Booking users on their Channel Manager’s home and easily respond to the reviews received;
- Reporting of invalid credit cards and no-shows: the owners can easily manage a reservation, by carrying out various operations directly on the RoomCloud Channel Manager. For example, cancelling reservations with invalid credit cards and reporting the no-shows.
But that is not all! The Promotions section will be soon introduced in the RoomCloud dashboard! It will consist in a new series of features that will allow you to manage the promotions proposed by the hotel/property manager on Booking.com directly from the Channel Manager.
2020 will also be full of initiatives to improve the RoomCloud offer in collaboration with the most famous OTA in Europe!
